My professional driving career began in 2009 with a mobile billboard company, where I drove billboard trucks throughout the Midwest and as far south as Texas. That experience taught me early on that safety always comes first.

I still remember driving back from Ohio during extremely high winds. The conditions became so severe that I made the decision to pull over and wait until it was safe to continue. That experience reinforced something I’ve carried with me throughout my entire career: no delivery is more important than the safety of the driver and everyone else on the road. Within a year, I was promoted to assistant manager, and today I expect that same safety-first mindset from every driver on our team.

After that, I spent 14 years with FedEx, where I learned the importance of reliability, consistency, and taking pride in getting the job done. Transportation doesn’t always go perfectly weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and other unexpected circumstances can happen. What matters is how you respond.

Throughout those 14 years, I built a strong record of dependable service and rarely missed a scheduled pickup. That same commitment is now at the heart of True North Transit.
